A Business Philosophy Inspired by Founder, Joseph M. Basile

Joseph M. Basile, Founder (1936-2017)

Joseph M. Basile made the Basile name synonymous with integrity in commercial real estate. He was self-taught and drew from his wealth of experience as a vice president and partner at Tornetta Realty Corporation in Plymouth Meeting and as a vice president and general manager of the Korman Corporation in Philadelphia.

Mr. Basile expressed his devotion to community service as an energetic civic volunteer for the Authority of Montgomery County, the King of Prussia Chamber of Commerce, the Salvation Army of Montgomery County, and the Central Montgomery County Board of Realtors. He was a member of the Historical Society of Montgomery County and the American Catholic Historical Society of Philadelphia.  He was very active in politics and ran several successful campaigns over the years.  History, especially of the Norristown area, was a great passion.

After a five-decade rewarding and successful real estate career, Mr. Basile retired and his daughter, Suzanne L. Basile, took the helm as President of the company. She honors her father’s legacy by fulfilling these commitments:

  • Maintain unquestionable professional and ethical standards.
  • Continuously improve our expertise in the real estate industry.
  • Render quality service consistent with our philosophy of total customer satisfaction
  • Forge strong business relationships based on honesty, reliability and responsiveness.
  • Give our time and resources generously for the good of the community.
  • Take pride in the services we provide to business and industry.
  • Comply with the laws, rules, and regulations put forth by national, state, and local authorities and realtor associations.
